Chocolate pound cake made with gluten-free rice flour.
The pound cake batter is not dense. It has a light texture.
Baked the dough at 180°C in the oven for 35 minutes, but it was raw. Baked additionally. Baked the dough at 170°C in the oven for 18 minutes.
