[Chocolate milk ingredients]
Milk: 100ml
Granulated sugar: 12g
Cocoa powder: 6g
Couverture chocolate (70%): 30g
Whipping cream (45% fat): 30ml
[Chocolate milk Recipe]
1. Add in granulated sugar and cocoa powder in the milk and mix well in low heat.
2. Add in the chopped couverture chocolate and mix well.
3. Turn off the heat and add in whipping cream.
