Recipe:Muffin dough

【Cooking ingredients】
■ Muffin Cake (Cupcake dough)
Chocolate: 100 g
Butter: 100 g
All eggs: 2 pieces
Granulated sugar: 50 g
Cake flour: 50 g
Baking powder: 3 g
Strawberry: as needed.

■ Chocolate cream
A – Fresh cream: 60 cc
A – granulated sugar: 5 g
B – Fresh Cream: 60 cc
B – Black chocolate: 30 g

■ Topping
Strawberry etc.: As needed

【How to make】
■ Muffin Cake (Cupcake dough)
1. Engrave chocolate and melt with hot water in combination with butter.
2. Combine whole eggs and granulated sugar and mix until white.
3. Place 1 in 2.
4. Sift the flour and baking powder to 3.
5. Mix chocolate chips and mix well.
6. Set the wheel type to muffin type and put the dough.
7. Bake in an oven at 170 ℃ for 20 minutes.

■ Chocolate cream
1. Melt and dissolve 30g of chocolate.
2. Warm 60g of fresh cream and mix it with 1.
3. Place 5 g of granulated sugar in 60g. and whip the fresh cream but not quite to soft-peak.
4. Adjust the hardness while mixing 2 to 3.

Because chocolate cream may be difficult, I think that even ordinary fresh cream is good.
