【もちもち豆腐バナナケーキ】
今日は、お豆腐とバナナを使ってもちもち食感のケーキを作りました！レンジで速攻出来上がる簡単時短のケーキです。
バナナの自然な甘みとホットケーキミックスの甘みのみで砂糖要らず。またお豆腐を混ぜ込むことでヘルシーな仕上がりに！
レンジ調理はどうしても時間が経つと固くなりやすいですが、このレシピはお豆腐効果でもちもちが持続します。
とってもお手軽にできて美味しいので、お子さんのおやつや朝ごはんなどにぜひお試しください。

絹豆腐 150g
