【カオマンガイ】
今日は、炊飯器で簡単にナンプラーなしで手軽な『カオマンガイ』作りました！
夏になると定期的に食べたくなるレシピで、炊飯器でご飯と鶏もも肉を同時に炊くことでラクなだけでなくご飯は旨味たっぷりでお肉はしっとりと柔らかに仕上がります！
タレも手軽にナンプラーなしですが、このタレがまたとっても美味しいです！
一見材料が多いけれど、タレの調味料を入れるのを頑張ったら他はかなりラクなのでぜひお試しいただけると嬉しいです♪
〈材料〉
米 2合
鶏もも肉 1枚
☆にんにく生姜チューブ 各4㎝
☆鶏がらスープの素 大さじ1
・タレの材料
白ねぎ 10㎝くらい
にんにく生姜チューブ 各2㎝
醤油 小さじ2
オイスターソース 小さじ2
ごま油 小さじ1
砂糖 小さじ1/2
